At Pennize, your satisfaction is important to us. If something doesn’t work out with your order, we offer a simple and fair return process.

Return Window

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. After this period, returns cannot be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition

  • Original tags, packaging, and any included accessories must be intact

  • Returns must be requested and shipped back within the 15-day window

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Us with your order number and the reason for return

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions

  3. Ship the item using a trackable method at your expense

  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–7 business days after return approval for the refund to reflect

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked final sale or clearance

  • Used or damaged items not due to our error
