Return & Refund Policy

At Pennize, we want you to enjoy every purchase worry-free. If something doesn’t go as planned, our return and refund policy is designed to be simple, flexible, and fair.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. This allows you enough time to try your order at home and decide if it’s right for you.

Flexible Return Conditions

  • Light try-on is acceptable—items don’t need to be “perfect new,” only in reasonable, reusable condition.

  • Packaging, tags, and accessories are appreciated but not required.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or email) helps us process your return smoothly.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at pennize1998@outlook.com with your order number and item details.

  2. Our team will reply promptly with return instructions.

  3. Use any courier you trust to send the item back. A trackable option is recommended but not mandatory.

Refunds

  • Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days once we confirm your return.

  • Money will be credited back to your original payment method.

  • If your item is defective, incorrect, or damaged, we’ll issue your refund first and, if you prefer, also send a free replacement shipped directly to your home. In some cases, we may not require the faulty item to be sent back.

Non-Returnable Items (with exceptions)

  • Intimates, underwear, and pierced jewelry — generally non-returnable for hygiene reasons, unless defective or still sealed/unworn.

  • Customized or personalized items — typically non-returnable, but we’ll review individually if there is a production error or quality issue.

  • Final sale items — usually not eligible for return, except if they arrive damaged, incorrect, or not as described.
